You can also program Gecko to take pictures either once or multiple times at fixed intervals. The time interval and number of snaps can be programmed from the Gecko App on your smart phone.

Put Gecko on your key chain and you can keep track or find your keys easily.

Be it your wallet, laptop or pet. You can find your phone too with Gecko, even if your phone is laying somewhere in the couch on Silent Mode.

You have better things to do. Gecko will remember where you left your keys, phone, wallet, bag - just about anything! So go ahead, tag it with a Gecko and you can locate anything within a 100 feet radius.

Smart Phone Application & Gecko cloud

Gecko smart phone application will be available from Apple App store for iOS devices that support BT 4.0 (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad 3rd generation, iPad Mini), and it will be available on Google play store for all android devices that support Android 4.3 OEM with Bluetooth 4.0 support. Currently it has been tested on Samsung Galaxy S4 and Nexus 7 tablets.

Industrial Design

The industrial design of this amazing device is done with lot of care keeping you in mind. We have taken care to ensure it fits into your area of application rather snuggly. While the single piece uni- body feel ensures a sleek and adorable look, the tough build quality and detailing ensures durability with the optimal weight.

With the size slightly bigger than a quarter coin. The “Gecko” fits in any way you would want to use it in, may it be a simple tag to the key chain or to be hidden in your purse.

The industrial design is done by our design partners Wizardry Designs Pvt. Ltd.

The Gecko Story:

We started off building Gecko almost an year ago. We wanted to build a versatile and extendible Bluetooth Smart device that offers long battery life, with replaceable battery and motion sensor.

We wanted Gecko to be an easy to use and fit into everyone's lifestyle.

We have completed Hardware and Firmware design. We went through two rounds of testing and pilot production with the initial version of the product in a different form factor deployed in a couple of use cases.

Initial version of gecko: We have built the complete ecosystem of Chipset vendors and manufacturing partner to mass produce Gecko.

The basic Gecko application is working on iOS devices and Samsung Galaxy S4. We are currently testing the Gecko App for Android 4.3. We are now working on integrating additional features and connected Gecko cloud.

What is the difference between early bird offer of US$ 20/- and other single Gecko offer of US$ 25/-?

As a product there is no difference. However, the first 1000 backers of single Gecko get it at an attractive price for booking early.

What phones and devices do Geckos work with?

Geckos work with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad Mini, iPad 3rd and 4th gen, iPod Touch 5th gen and all iOS devices that support BT 4.0, android devices that support Bluetooth 4.0 and run Android 4.3 and Samsung devices that support Android 4.2 with BT 4.0 support.

Do I need to add the shipping charge of US$ 8 when I order shipping outside USA?

Yes, you need to add US$8 while ordering product for shipping outside USA for all perks.

How Can I setup my Pillbox?

Simple, just select the number of times patient is required to take the pill. Set the time. Setup the alert destination email or phone number.

What make/models of Camera Gecko support?

Gecko supports all smart phone's (the ones listed above as support by Gecko App) camera.

Gecko supports Canon DSLR camera models that support 2.5 mm jack based remote control port, for example: Rebel, EOS 500D, EOS 600D, etc.

Gecko supports all Nikon DSLR Camera models that have the remote control port shown in the picture above.

Can I control continuous trigger or scheduled triggering of the camera?

Yes, with Gecko App, you can setup the rate at which you want to automatically trigger the camera and even you can set the time at which you want it to be triggered. More advanced features are planned in the later releases.

What is the Warranty I get with a Gecko?

Gecko comes with one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not include battery.
